For women, the recommended fit is the same size as your street shoes, if you have a wide foot or are in between sizes we recommend you go up a half size.
For men, the recommended fit is 2 sizes up from your street shoes, if you have a wide foot or are in between sizes we recommend you go up 2.5 sizes.
