What happens if I need to change my pointe shoe style or size part way through my membership?

It happens, feet change, and dancer’s needs are modified - We completely understand!

If you ever need to change or adjust your pointe shoe from the original shoe you picked, we request that you update and resubmit the Style Profile Questionnaire with your new updated shoe size.

 

We will update your membership and then there may then be a 6-8 week grace period where the Pointe Shoe Pledge is temporarily suspended if we need to stock up on your shoes.

 

Once your shoes are in stock we’ll send you an email ASAP to let you know the Pointe Shoe Pledge is back in full effect!

 

How long does my membership last?

Memberships are good for one year, beginning when we issue you your membership number and lasting for 12 consecutive months. 

What's included in the gift boxes in the Gold and Platnum memberships?

The annual gift box is meticulously tailored to each individual dancer, and while we'd love to spill the beans on the exact contents of this treasure trove, we believe that the magic lies in the element of surprise! We will carefully curate a selection of items that are handpicked just for you. (Make sure you fill out the Style Questionnaire with all of your favorites!)

 

Whether it's a fun accessory, a cozy warmup, or a beautiful new leotard, each item has been chosen with you in mind. The Annual Gift Box offers the joy of anticipation, the excitement of discovery, and the delight in knowing that your gift box is as unique as you are.

 

While we can't exactly say what's in the box, but we can promise that it will be something you will love and enjoy for years to come.
