This insole is designed for pointe shoes but is versatile, working for other shoes that require a bit of extra volume or lift. The sockliner features a peel-and-stick adhesive backing to ensure it stays securely in place. It is also trimmable, allowing you to cut it to the perfect size for a customized fit. 

Simply trim the Sockliner to the correct length before placing it in your shoe. Peel off the front part of the adhesive backing and place the front of the Sockliner in your shoe. Keep unpeeling and pressing the Sockliner in place as you move toward the back of the shoe.
