Gaynor Minden's cool, soothing Dancers’ Gel Patches reduce irritation, help protect against blisters, and relieve pressure on sensitive areas. Completely customizable, they're made from amazing hydrogel (just mix water with a polymer and zap it in an electron beam accelerator!), Dancers’ Gel Patches are almost entirely water but durable enough to withstand your longest days. Dancers' Gel Patches are fabulous in pointe shoes but can also be used with any other shoe or rub spot. Each packet contains two large 4" x 5.5" sheets that can be cut to size.

Dancers' Patch Size: 4" x 5.5" (10 cm x 14 cm)
Instructions:
Remove the white backing from the patch, and apply the exposed gel side directly to a corn, bunion, knuckle, or other problem areas. The pink backing can be left on or removed as you prefer. Affix to skin with medical tape or toe tape, and change Dancers' Dots daily.
