Customer service top of the line
When I say that Lindensdancewear has fantastic customer service. I absolutely mean it.. I had been searching for the Nikolay stream point across the country and ordered them three separate times from larger vendors who had said they were in stock and then I received an email a day or two later that told me that unfortunately, even though they showed they were in stock once the shoe was actually ordered and they went to pull the inventory. They discovered the shoe was not actually available. This has been a disappointing, discovery and way that many of these bigger places do business and I was pleasantly surprised that Linden‘s only show the inventory that they have currently on the floor. This particular shoe has been difficult to procure so I appreciated their helpfulness, and when we received our first order, the handwritten note and additional kind thoughtful piece that she put in my order. Let me know what kind of business she is running. I will go out of my way to make sure this is not the last time I order from Linden’s fantastic service from beginning to end of my experience.
